This report assesses the monitoring and evaluation arrangements for the United UN Development Programme (UNDP) project entitled "Support to the Security Sector Reform program in Albania." The author examines the methods put in place in order to monitor the effectiveness of the UNDP project. He also offers lessons learned from the program's evaluation process in Albania.
