This report analyzes the monitoring and evaluation arrangements of a community policing project entitled "Implementation of Community Policing in Bosnia and Herzegovina." The project was funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Co-operation (SDC) and formed part of a regional Southeastern Europe (SEE) policing program. This program was the subject of an external evaluation in its entirety in summer 2007. The report focuses on how the community policing project was evaluated within this broader evaluation, outlining the methods.
