This conference report outlines the debates and proceedings of the 3rd Asia-Pacific Programme for Senior National Security Officers, focused on risk analysis and management within the national security community. Topics examined include risk analysis, proportionate responses to risk and the need for societal and cross-agency engagement in addressing risks. Particular attention is paid to the question of radicalization and counter-radicalization efforts in the UK and Singapore.
