This conference report outlines the findings of the International Conference on Terrorist Rehabilitation. The aim of the conference and report is to draw from global best practices on terrorist rehabilitation, to better understand and implement de-radicalization processes, and to create guidelines that can assist governments in putting in place terrorist rehabilitation centers in their home countries.
