This paper analyzes the faltering efforts of the peace mission to Kosovo in 2000. The author points to a series of weak points and deficiencies in the UN peace mission's handling of the aftermath of ethnic conflict in Kosovo and makes suggestions as to how the peace mission can be put back on track.
