Publication

This paper compiles the seminal international texts on the prohibition and prevention of torture. It contains multiple UN conventions and protocols, the Geneva Conventions and the prohibition of torture in international humanitarian law, as well as regional texts from Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Arab world. Additionally, it profiles reporting mechanisms, individual complaint mechanisms and dentition center visiting mechanisms.
