This publication discusses a broad range of topics related to the Arab world in general and to Islam in specific. While some chapters focus on Arab society as a whole, others focus on particular countries as well as on particular movements. While mostly religious issues in relation to extremism but also reformist trends are discussed, the Arab-Israeli conflict is also touched upon.
