This paper analyzes the efforts being made in Saudi Arabia to fight terrorism. The author argues that Saudi efforts need to be given credit for their successes in convincing the population and applying "hard tactics". The author concludes that there is still room for improvements in the Saudis' counter-terrorism efforts, since it is a key actor in the terrorism debate.
