This issue of the Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst features four analytical articles and four field reports, combined with a news digest. The articles focus on analyses of EU-Georgia relations one year after the August war, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's (SCO) Iran problem, the state of democratization in Eurasia, and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The field reports are concerned with high profile killings in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan's relations with Russia, Tajikistan-Russia relations and elections in Kyrgyzstan.
