This publication discusses the impact of the 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai upon the India-Pakistan peace process and India-Pakistan relations in general. It outlines the further souring of relations, including over Kashmir, and the various political efforts on both sides to antagonize the other. The author concludes that it is important that India and Pakistan are forced to discuss their stance on Afghanistan and the region of Baluchistan in order for progress to be made.
