This publication argues that terrorism and insurgency will remain the most important security threats into 2010 with al-Qaida and the Taliban likely to pose serious challenges to stability in the region. The author briefly outlines the security risks facing various Asian regions before concluding that there is a very great need for governments to invest in working with Muslim youth and communities.
