This issue of the Canadian Military Journal (CMJ) opens with a look at the technology, history and the revolution in military affairs and bystander non-intervention and the Somalia incident. Next, it examines the cimic operations during operation "Kinetic" and Parliament's duty to defend Canadian forces. Further it discusses the nuclear weapons section of the NATO updated strategic concept and NATO's enlargement policy and it's demonstration of alliance's confidence.
