This issue of the Canadian Military Journal (CMJ) opens with a look at the 125 years completion of Canada's Royal Military College and the strategic thinking of Canadian Forces. Next, it examines the analytic hierarchy process and evaluates the state of Canadian Forces doctrinal development. Further, it explores the support for international involvement in Canadian public opinion after the Cold War and military manning and the revolution in social affairs. Finally, it examines the military training assistance program for newly independent Commonwealth nations and Canadian air war strategy.
