This paper discusses the recent visits by Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao to India and Pakistan. Premier Wen spent three days in each country and held discussions on a wide range of issues. The paper focuses on the political and strategic issues, and makes some observations on what these visits reveal about the nature of Sino-Indian and Sino-Pak relations.
