This issue of the Caucasus Analytical Digest discusses the anti-corruption reforms in Georgia. Articles compare progress in combating corruption in Georgia and Ukraine, analyze the relative success of police reform in Georgia, and discuss the impact of Georgian president Mikhail Saakashvili's anti-corruption reforms on investment and business climate.
