This report summarizes the results of a political empowerment exercise that was pursued in the wake of the Georgia-Russia conflict of 2008. More specifically, the exercise was civil society-based and sought to identify and plan for future challenges to peace, security and stability in the Kvemo Kartli area of Georgia. By 2010, 'local society representatives' identified what they saw as the three most important post-conflict challenges they faced as a community and then developed a 'community informed' solution-strategy to deal with them.
