This paper looks at the link between livelihood conflicts and mobilization for the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. The author first looks at the concept of livelihood conflicts and how it has been applied to the genocide in Rwanda. He then seen discusses the political economic agendas, and functions of livelihood loss in the particular context of Rwanda.
