This paper uses the principles laid out in The Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness to examine the assess the parliamentary strengthening landscape in Cambodia and how it, and the performance of the Parliament itself, can be enhanced. The report reveals that despite some progress having been made in recent years, there remains a lack of information and knowledge sharing about parliamentary strengthening and particularly about its impacts and that a mapping exercise of parliamentary strengthening activities and plans is needed to fill this gap.
