Publication

This paper presents a program that supports improvements in domestic accountability, enhanced governance, faster progress on poverty reduction and more effective aid. The proposed work-stream will achieve this by generating a better understanding and evidence base about the realities of governance and domestic accountability in order to inform the policy and practice of donors and other relevant stakeholders. The author hopes that donors and others will use this program to effectively support the strengthening of domestic accountability.
