This report investigates the perceptions, attitudes and aspirations of young people, in order to understand what role they play and could potentially play in the development of Central Asia. The surveys informing this report reveal that many young people in the region feel largely excluded from politics, the economy, the legal system, protection by law enforcement, quality public services and decision making processes at the local, family and even personal level.
