This collection of articles addresses various arms control dilemmas in the Middle East including Europe's efforts to confront Iran's nuclear ambitions and China's arms control policy and its implications for Iran. The stances of Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt regarding nuclear proliferation are also examined, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) is assessed from an international legal perspective.
