This issue brief discusses the impact of Tehran's recent hosting of the 16th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) on the Iranian nuclear imbroglio. It points out NAM positions on the Iran nuclear issue over the years. It also discusses the positions of countries such as India and Egypt to highlight the fact that key member states which participated in the Tehran NAM Summit have indeed taken positions not supportive of Iran in the recent past.
