This essay examines the generational workforce and their perspectives in adopting new Information Communication Technology (ICT). It addresses and compares the issue of older generations retiring from the US workforce. It focuses on the need for organizational communication practices to examine the changing demographics caused by both the Baby Boomer retirements and rapidly changing ICTs.
