This paper offers information with regards to the AirSea Battle (ASB), a US military war fighting strategy. Of ASB, it has been said that "no new operational concept has been touted as more important, or more hotly debated." The author argues that given Washington’s renewed emphasis on the Asia Pacific as a security sphere, how ASB plays out as a US war fighting concept will have important repercussions for the region.
