Publication

The paper reviews the missile and anti-missile shield arms race, and the geopolitical, economic and military implications for the West before the end of the 21st Century. Chinese perspectives are stated, analyzed and broadly critiqued. Cursory findings and conclusions are advanced including suggested reforms to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).
