This paper is part 2 of Nemesis: Oil and Missiles in the 21st Century. Its main points are that official sources at the US DoD in Washington deny that there will be any cut back in the future deployment of super carriers to the Western Pacific; that Diego Garcia and Guam are too far removed and provide insufficient defense assets to fully protect the global oil supply chain; and that the US is well aware of the increasing offensive rocket and ballistic missile threat to the oil supply chain, stemming from Iran, China, North Korea, and rogue states.
