This brief examines the implications of a sovereign Palestinian state for Israeli citizens who live within the country's proposed borders. The forced movement of entire Jewish communities could be politically difficult even with careful planning. As part of a potential solution, the author examines the feasibility of leaving Jewish enclaves within a future Palestine. The analysis demonstrates how these enclaves would function, with a specific emphasis on their relationship with Israel and Palestine. While there are risks, he suggests that both sides are in a position to consider this proposal.
