This report examines the effect of the Syrian conflict on neighboring Lebanon. It talks about the humanitarian and political issues relating to Syrian refugees in Lebanon and how the political futures of the two countries are connected. The paper also makes recommendations for Lebanese, Syrian and international actors in order to alleviate the refugee crisis.
