As China installed a new cadre of leaders over the course of 2012-13, it continued to stress a consistent policy towards Taiwan. In additions to covering the ins and outs of this policy, this report looks at three other Taiwan-related issues – its participation level in UN specialized agencies, its fisheries agreement with Japan, and its fourth nuclear power plant.
