This development plan specifies the priorities and requirements for strengthening Estonia's national defense for the period 2013-2022. In terms of land operations, the main goal behind the plan is to establish high-readiness infantry brigades, to develop armored manoeuvre capabilities and to upgrade anti-tank capabilities.
