According to this brief, Iran's president Hassan Rohani has indicated that he will initiate talks with its neighbors as well as the US over the country's nuclear program. It also suggests that Iran’s major foreign policy challenge is to improve its relations with the West and its neighbors to overcome its isolation from the international community. The authors argue that although Iran's foreign policy is likely to witness some remodeling, they do not expect any major changes.
