This brief talks about the progress made by ASEAN Defence Ministers Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) forum since its inception. After listing a number of achievements by the forum, the author concludes that the positive role of the ADMM-Plus should be recognized and that its strong track record so far gives reason to be optimistic about its future.
