This paper reflects on the state of the Anglosphere - i.e., a zone of influence that includes America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand - and its place within today's world. More specifically, it wonders 1) just how much the global balance of power is shifting away from this sphere, 2) what impact China's rise to power is having on Australia's geopolitical influence and its outdated military, and 3) what influence increased investments by and in Asian states will have on the English-speaking states identified here.
