This brief assesses Pakistani Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif's approach to domestic and foreign policy issues such as terrorism, economy, energy, and foreign relations. The author argues that Nawaz seems to have chosen a reconciliatory approach in all of these areas and that only time will tell if this path will turn into substantive progress for the country.
