This paper discusses a host of Kenya-related problems – i.e., its endemic corruption and refugee flows, the use of its territory as an extremist training ground, the Westgate Mall terrorist attack, and the presence of Kenyan troops in Southern Somalia. In the last case, the paper argues that the withdrawal of these forces will not contribute to the troubled Somalia-Kenya peace process.
