This paper looks at the implications of the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) between the US and Afghanistan on the withdrawal of US forces from the war-torn country in 2014. It also discusses some of the implications of this development for the bilateral relationship between these two countries and for Afghanistan's national security and stability.
