This commentary discusses cyber warfare and how Asia could participate in its governance. The author outlines the development of cyber warfare and the challenges it presents as well as points out the ambiguity of international law on this matter. She concludes by giving a set of recommendations on how Asia should contribute to the evolution of laws governing cyber warfare.
