This commentary talks about the malicious Internet traffic which comes from Indonesia. The author argues that much of this traffic does not originate in Indonesia. Instead, he says that it is more likely that the country's networks are being used by cyber criminals from abroad. He then goes on to argue why Indonesia needs to take action on the issue and how the country can attempt to address it.
