This commentary discusses critical infrastructure vulnerability to cyber attacks, as well as the governmental and private sector interests in and approaches to responding to such attacks. It then outlines a public-private partnership framework which could address security in the cyber sphere and decrease critical infrastructure vulnerabilities.
