This commentary provides an update on the 2013 ongoing reform process of the EU foreign policy structures. The author particularly focuses on the implications of the new appointments of the High Representative and the President of the European Council, as well as the follow-up process of the European External Action Service’s (EEAS) review on developments and changes in the EU foreign policy structures.
