This commentary explores how North Korea's provocative behavior and Japan's reemerging nationalism is impacting the US and China. In doing so, it concludes that Kim Jong-un and Shinzo Abe have become respective liabilities for Beijing and Washington, and that the two larger powers need to rein in their 'rogue allies' immediately.
