This paper explores whether greater support for Eurosceptic parties in the 2014 elections to the European Parliament could hinder the institution's ability to function. The authors argue that even if these parties were able to win more seats than polls for the elections predict, they would still be a long way from having a majority and hindering the work of the Parliament.
