This e-note focuses on the 2013 Rabat Declaration, which includes an agreement between nineteen countries in Europe and North Africa to pool their intelligence efforts against the threat of Islamic terrorist groups. The text also briefly talks about other international efforts to combat Islamic extremism in which Morocco is involved.
