This paper looks at strategies for dealing with nuclear and radiological terrorism through an examination of Australia's efforts in the area. More specifically, the authors look at Australia's attempts to get countries to work together in order to prevent nuclear terrorism and enhance nuclear security. These include efforts to build confidence and trust between states through informal and voluntary process of information-sharing as well as regional and bilateral projects. The piece also provides some recommendations for Australia on how it can further work to enhance nuclear security.
