This paper talks about possible amendments to Myanmar's constitution, the country's 2015 elections, and US policy toward the country in light of these issues. Among other issues, it talks about the calls for changes in qualifications for the presidency in the constitution, with a particular focus on those which would enable Aung San Suu Kyi to stand. It then talks about how the US might respond to potential manipulation in the Myanmar's 2015 elections and the influence of Aung San Suu Kyi on Washington's policy toward the country.
