This journal contains articles on 1) what the South Caucasus can learn from the Maidan protests in Ukraine, 2) how Azerbaijan’s investment in gas pipelines is leading to a growing strategic role for the country 3) Kyrgyzstan’s increasing vulnerability to militant Islamism, and 4) Kazakhstan’s revised national development strategy.
