This brief discusses China's economic and developmental engagement in Myanmar as well as its interactions with ethnic groups living in the Sino-Myanmar border regions. It also examines how this engagement has affected Sino-Myanmar relations in general and how India can work more closely with Myanmar in areas that provide mutual benefits to both countries.
