This paper explores how Australia can help improve Japan-ROK relations and promote security cooperation between them. The author believes that Australia is well situated to ease the animosity between Japan and ROK and should therefore proactively try to improve security cooperation between them by proposing a trilateral security cooperation framework which addresses mutual security challenges and consolidates national objectives.
