This paper first looks at some of the strikingly similar views China and Russia have of the rest of the world, and also wonders whether Moscow's recently expressed hostility towards the West might flourish on Chinese soil. The paper then identifies several internal and external factors that suggest China isn't necessarily destined to follow Russia's path towards 'rogue' status.
