This report analyzes the cyber capabilities of 14 countries across the Asia–Pacific region, as well as the US and UK. It specifically assesses 1) each country's policies and legislative approaches towards the cyber domain, 2) the role(s) of the military in cyberspace, 3) the digitally-based strengths of each nation's economy, and 4) the different levels of public engagement with cyber tools and the Internet.
